Tiffany invites you to share in the same joy and inner radiance that yoga has brought to her life. Her classes are inspired by the five fundamental elements of earth, water, fire, air and space and enlivened by creative sequences that encourage you to breathe in the moment. In yoga, as in life, anything is possible.
Outside of downward facing dog, Tiffany enjoys biking, running, cooking, music and studying Ayurvedic medicine.
Tiffany is a 200 hour certified and registered yoga instructor.
