Sarah appreciates the sense of peace she experiences on the mat. Her classes incorporate dynamic sequences, always linking movement with breath, allowing students to connect more deeply with their bodies. She encourages students to learn more about themselves and the practice of yoga. Her desire is that students leave class having learned something and feeling content, refreshed and lengthened.
Sarah completed her E-RYT-200 and RYT-500 trainings from YogaOne Studio in Cedarburg, Wisconsin.
