Rob came to yoga initially to build strength and flexibility. However, after continued practice he discovered yoga offered more than that. His heart opened; the nervous system that was once in overdrive settled and his breath deepened. Come and flow with Rob and see what you discover.
Off the mat, Rob enjoys biking the miles of trails around Madison and exploring many of the city's neighborhoods on foot.
Rob is a 200 hour registered yoga teacher.
