Michelle draws inspiration for her classes from the world around her. The feeling of being in the present is like no other. In class, she facilitates a safe environment for all yogis to discover their practice, while encouraging you to try something new and/or different. Fill the body with breath and be ready...be open...and why not!
Away from the studio, Michelle is living perfectly present, in the moment, doing whatever it is she does: hiking, SUPing (Stand Up Paddling), reading and observing the world around her.
Michelle has a Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology from the University of Minnesota and is a 200 hour certified yoga instructor.
