"Thousands of candles can be lit from a single candle, and the life of the candle will not be shortened. Happiness never decreases by being shared"
~ Buddhist saying
Marina's approach to yoga is simple: You cannot force yourself into a posture. You need to ask yourself, "What is the functional purpose of the pose? What is restricting my movement?" How the asana looks from the outside, depends on your answers.
Marina’s favorite styles to teach and practice are Yin, Yin/Vinyasa, Power Vinyasa and Yoga 101 to beginning students. In her spare time, Marina enjoys painting, singing, biking and swimming, vegetarian cooking, and spending time with her family and friends.
Marina is a 200 hour certified yoga instructor.
