When Leanne first came to yoga, she was immediately struck by its transformative power. She felt herself open physically and emotionally and her passion for the practice was ignited.

Through her own journey, Leanne discovered we don't use our bodies to get into yoga poses. Rather, we use yoga poses to get into our bodies. Leanne believes our practice teaches us to use our breath to connect mind and body. Through yoga, we reconnect to our truest selves and create a more truthful connection to the world around us.

Leanne is a 200 hour certified yoga instructor.
