Kelly loves holding space for others to breathe and be their most authentic and joyful selves! Her teaching emphasizes self-love, body-positivity and healing. She encourages you to honor your own heart, needs and boundaries. She strives to make her classes a safe and affirming place for all participants. Discovering yoga was a transformative experience for her, and she feels honored and privileged to be a part of other people's yoga journeys.
Kelly is an experienced certified and registered yoga teacher with a master’s degree in Gender and Women’s Studies from UW - Madison and a serious addiction to raw almonds.
