Jennifer's love for yoga was deepened by an appreciation for life. Her recovery from a serious illness with the help of yoga, meditation and pranayama (breathwork) is one she aspires to share with others. Jennifer's teaching style draws on her experience re-learning herself through her own practice - physically, mentally and spiritually.
At home with beginners as well as advanced practitioners, Jennifer believes a focused, consistent yoga practice can be transformative. While building strength, flexibility and peace of mind, you can leave stress and anxiety behind on the mat.
Off the mat, Jennifer can be found enjoying all that Wisconsin offers - its lakes, museums, restaurants and tranquil places off the grid - with her children and her dogs.
