If you ask, there are only two or three things that Jennifer knows for sure, and one is that yoga has changed her life.
Jennifer was an on-again, off-again yoga student for many years. But after a life-threatening illness, she found her mat could be a place of recovery. She supplemented her physical therapy with a consistent yoga practice. Through the process of re-learning her own body, she had a series of aha! moments and her practice began to deepen. Yoga, meditation and pranayama (breathwork) have become an integral part of her daily life.
Off the mat, Jennifer can be found enjoying all that Madison has to offer with her children and dogs, including the lakes, museums, restaurants and coffee shops.
Jennifer is a 200 hour registered yoga teacher and Street Yoga trained.
