Hanna Hermanson

Hanna Hermanson is a 200-hour Registered Yoga Instructor inspired by connecting mind, body, and spirit through mindful movement and breath.  Her classes allow space for all to explore their own yoga practice and seek their personal best.  She strives to deliver an empowering yoga practice filled with challenge and celebration, and hopes to provide a positive physical and spiritual experience and leaves yogis feeling light, strong, and content.  Off her mat, Hanna works at the University of Wisconsin-Madison and enjoys traveling the world, exploring the local food scene, savoring sunshine, running, biking, and generally enjoying life!
