Annie Levihn enjoys exploring the newness of each opportunity that brings her to the mat, whether it's in her own personal practice or guiding others. Her philosophy as a yoga teacher centers on unifying breath with movement, encouraging the taking of risks (both mental and physical), and having fun. Playlists are a special passion, so expect inspiring tunes to energize and incite smiles.

 

Bliss Flow Yoga was integral in helping Annie solidify her dedication to practice. When she's not teaching or taking a class, she can be found hanging out with her hubbie and son or cycling, reading, writing, traveling or absorbing the art and beauty of the world!

 

Annie is a 200-hour registered yoga teacher.
