Angela believes a regular yoga practice can help you open up your mind, body and spirit to find your life’s passion. She teaches a fun, flowing style of vinyasa yoga, creates amazing playlists and integrates relaxing assists into each class to engage all or your senses.

Angela received her Yoga Alliance certification in Interdisciplinary Yoga from the Nosara Yoga Institute in Costa Rica and founded Bliss Flow Yoga in 2005.
