Andrea Russell has been practicing yoga and meditation since 1996 and teaching since 2000. Her yoga classes integrate a mindful approach to postures with optimal alignment, breath and inner awareness. Andrea is a 500-E registered yoga instructor and educator. She is also a state-licensed massage therapist and bodyworker, specializing in Neurovascular and Craniosacral Therapy.
