Allison inspires good health and fitness in her students with her positive energy and her passion for yoga. A teacher once told her, "Practice yoga three times a week to change your body. Practice yoga every day to change your life." She encourages her students to own their yoga practice by allowing for organic and natural movement. Allison works at developing her own practice every day.
In her free time, Allison enjoys traveling, spoiling her pets, and being a social butterfly.
