"You have the right to work, but never to the fruit of work. You should never engage in action for the sake of reward, nor should you long for inaction."
~The Bhagavad Gita
Stephen came to yoga many years ago as a form of cross training to find strength and flexibility, and discovered so much more about himself. This study has revealed to him a way to live with ease on and off the mat. His goal is to help you leave the mat with respect for the practice, and the ability to let go of the outcome. Stephen recognizes that this is a challenge, and some days true yoga can simply be finding the balance in our hectic world.
When not practicing yoga, he is typically riding bikes with his daughter and wife, and loving Madison for everything it offers.
Stephen is a 200 hour registered yoga teacher.
