Below are some of the questions we hear from time to time, but please feel free to contact us if you have any other questions not mentioned here.
Cancellation, Return and Exchange Policies:
Appointment Cancellation Policy: In the event you need to cancel your private yoga appointment, please contact the studio by phone 24 hours prior to your appointment. If you are unable to provide 24 hours notice more than once, you will need to reserve your next appointment with a major credit card and will be subject to a 50% cancellation charge. All “no show” guests will be charged the full cost of their missed appointment on their credit card.
Special Events and Classes, Workshops Cancellation Policy: Life happens! We accept cancellations up to 24 hours prior to a special event, a special class or a workshop. Please call the studio to make your cancellation. No shows to the above events will be charged as if they had attended.
Returns and Exchanges: Unopened/unused products may be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase for in store credit only. Returns and exchanges are not available for classes, memberships, gift certificates or food items. Gift certificates expire 12 months from the purchase date.
