You have questions.  We have answers!  Below are some of the questions we hear from time to time.

Where is the studio entrance located?

Visit our Contact page for a detailed map.  Just a hint:  Our University Avenue address is not our front entrance.

How do I check my online profile to view my account, reserve a class or check the date of my last visit to Bliss?

Click Reserve A Class to log into your account. Then click on the appropriate class to enter your name and sign up. A few other cool places to click?  Visits lets you check your last class attended at Bliss. (Make sure you click the circle button next to where it says Date Range to Select All Dates. The most recent date will be at the top.)

Is there anything I need to do before my first class?

We recommend that you pre-register for your first class online.  Plan to arrive 15 minutes early so a guest experience associate can give you a studio tour and help you sign in.  We have mats, straps, blocks, and blankets available for you to borrow at no charge.

Cancellation, Return and Exchange Policies:

Class Cancellation Policy: When you make a registration, we are saving you a space in class until five minutes before the class starts.  If you are unable to keep your registration, we accept online class cancellations up to 60 minutes prior to the class start time.  Late cancels and no shows will be charged as if they had attended class.

Private Yoga Session Cancellation Policy:  In the event you need to cancel your private yoga session, please contact the studio by phone 24 hours prior to your appointment.  If you are unable to provide 24 hours notice, you will need to pre-pay for your next appointment.  All "no show" guests will be charged the full cost of their missed appointment.

Special Events, Holiday and Special Classes, Workshop Cancellation Policy: Life happens! We accept online cancellations up to 24 hours prior to a special class, event or a workshop.  No shows to the above events will be charged as if they had attended.

Returns, Exchanges, Expiration Dates and Extensions: Returns, exchanges and price adjustments are not available for class passes, memberships, gift certificates or retail items. Class pass expiration dates are listed online in your BFY account.  Need more time?  We offer extensions on BFY class passes for a small fee.  Call or drop by the studio; we're happy to help you.

Still have a Groupon?  Here's how you redeem it.

First, follow the redemption instructions on your Groupon.

Next, please arrive 15 minutes before class and we will help you get set up with the necessary paperwork and a quick studio tour.  You must bring in your Groupon voucher - either printed or on the Groupon app on your smartphone - at the time of your first visit in order to redeem your Groupon.*

*Students without proof of their Groupon purchase at their first visit will be charged the drop-in rate for a single class.
